Returns and refunds.
Most things can come back. Here is how it works, in plain terms.
Thirty days.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Products need to be unopened, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once a product has been opened it can't be restocked — that is a safety rule for skincare, not a preference of ours.
How to start one.
Write to us first. Tell us the order number and what you'd like to send back. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without writing first can't be accepted — we won't know whose they are.
Damaged, defective, or wrong.
If something arrives damaged, leaks, or isn't what you ordered, tell us right away. You won't pay to fix our mistake — we replace it or refund it, your choice.
What can't come back.
Opened skincare, sale items, and gift cards are final. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, ask before you ship it.
Exchanges.
The fastest exchange is two steps: return what you have, and place a new order for what you want. The return refunds on its own schedule; the new order ships right away.
European Union orders.
If your order shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period — you may cancel or return for any reason within 14 days of delivery. The same condition rules apply: original packaging, proof of purchase.
Refunds.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll confirm the refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
